Purchases live on your store account (Apple or Google), not on the phone. In the app, open the You tab and tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn't come back, send the store receipt to support and we'll sort it out.
Cancellation happens in the store. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, Subscriptions. The app has a shortcut in the You tab that takes you straight there. Whatever was already delivered, the deck of the month included, stays yours.
The store processes the payment, and the store gives it back. On Apple, request it at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Google Play, through the Google Play help center. Volke does not contest a refund requested from the store.
In the app: You tab, The deal between us, Delete my account. You can download everything first. Deleting the account does not cancel the club: if you subscribe, cancel it in the store first. The account stays reversible for thirty days; after that, it's gone for real. Only the bookkeeping record of purchases remains, without your name.
You tab, Download everything. A link arrives in your email, good for seven days, with your journal, your readings as PDFs, your people, and one file with everything, the kind machines read.
Fix it in the You tab. The chart recalculates on the spot and the app tells you what changed. Readings you already bought are not redone.
